Road Trips, Temple Trails and Japan Getaways Lead Plantrip’s Latest Travel Plans

September 4, 2026 — Road travel and richly detailed, multi-stop journeys are setting the pace on Plantrip.io, where travelers created 121 itineraries in the past 24 hours. From an ambitious Arizona-and-Nevada national-park circuit to coastal escapes in Maine, planners are prioritizing scenic drives, hikes, heritage sites and locally rooted experiences.

India featured prominently in the day’s planning activity. Travelers mapped a three-day Bhrigu Lake trek from Manali via Rola Kholi, a budget-minded Kerala journey from Kasaragod to Thiruvananthapuram, and family routes linking Chennai, Madurai, Rameswaram, Kanyakumari and Kovalam.
