India Road Trips and Vietnam Loops Stand Out in Plantrip’s Latest Travel Plans
From short breaks near Mumbai to multi-stop journeys through Vietnam, travelers created 74 itineraries on Plantrip.io in the 24 hours ending October 30, 2026. India features prominently in the requests, while several travelers are mapping out longer trips across Asia for November and December.
Karjat appears repeatedly as a two-day getaway from Mumbai, alongside plans for a relaxed Varkala stay with small dates and rainy-day alternatives. Other travelers are plotting temple-focused routes through Tuljapur, Pandharpur, Akkalkot and Vaishno Devi, including one self-drive journey from Amravati that also takes in Kashmir. A group of six friends is considering an ambitious two-week drive from Pune to Sikkim.
Vietnam plans are especially detailed. One group of five is arranging a late-November journey from Hanoi through Lan Ha or Bai Tu Long Bay, Ninh Binh, the Ha Giang Loop and Sapa, before two members fly home and three remain in Vietnam. Another traveler wants to self-drive a four-day Cao Bang Loop in December, then continue to Ninh Binh, with transport connections and local food high on the planning list.
Elsewhere, travelers are balancing big-name sights with personal priorities: a family wants a relaxed Japan itinerary spanning Tokyo, Nara, Universal Studios and New Year’s Eve near Mount Fuji; a couple is seeking a budget-conscious Malaysia honeymoon with vegetarian and vegan options; and visitors to Goa are planning an anniversary around sunset views, pool time and low-heat outings. Two separate Hangzhou requests focus on a November weekend at West Lake and Lingyin Temple, with public transport, accessibility and current entry rules among the practical questions.
