Japan, Ireland and India’s Coastal Routes Feature in Plantrip’s Latest Travel Plans
Japan city-hopping, Irish self-drive holidays and coastal journeys through India stood out among the 108 itineraries created on Plantrip.io in the 24 hours leading up to November 2, 2026. Travelers planned trips ranging from quick November getaways to holidays well into 2027, often combining major sights with specific food, transport or accessibility needs.
Japan appeared repeatedly in plans for 14-day trips, including a Tokyo-to-Kyoto journey with stops in Nara, Hiroshima and Osaka and a ride on the bullet train. Other travelers outlined a budget-conscious stay of 60 to 80 days, a November Tokyo trip with a Mount Fuji self-drive excursion, and a family visit to Shanghai featuring a full day at Disneyland.
Ireland drew several road-trip requests, including seven-night routes from Dublin through Cobh, Killarney, the Ring of Kerry and the Cliffs of Moher. In India, travelers mapped November journeys along the Konkan coast, family-friendly days in Goa, and mountain trips through Uttarakhand and Sikkim. One Goa request specifically called for a relaxed pace suitable for senior family members.
Elsewhere, travelers planned a Costa Rica holiday around Marina Flamingo with a sunset catamaran trip and waterfall hike, a New Zealand campervan circuit with short daily drives, and a Canada trip built around the Calgary Stampede and a Banff horseback-riding holiday. Together, the requests show how varied the day’s planning was: some travelers wanted landmark-packed routes, while others made room for rest, manageable driving and family time.
