To reduce your trip duration, skip St. Moritz (which requires a full day in transit) and limit Paris to 2 days, prioritizing major sites only. You can also combine Lauterbrunnen, Wengen, and Grindelwald into a tighter itinerary by focusing on one or two highlights instead of all three.
