Battle of the Agency 2025 Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Team Assembly

Morning: Attendees from Department of Finance (DOF), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and Internal Revenue Bureau (IRB) will gather for a roster review, confirming the total 31 players consisting of DOF's 4 players & Commissioner McCurdy, OMB's 7 players (without Director Rhymer), and IRB's 17 players & Director Lee.

Afternoon: Participants will receive their event schedules and prepare their gear, while team captains coordinate strategies and challenges for the various relay races and physical contests scheduled for the competition.

Evening: A welcome dinner will be held with all agencies enjoying a selection of breakfast, lunch, and drinks included in the event menu, setting a collaborative and competitive tone to kick off the games.

Day 2: Competition Day

Morning: The competition kicks off with the exciting Relay Race, followed by the Dizzy Bat Relay Race, energizing all players with fun yet challenging activities designed for agility and teamwork.

Afternoon: The contest continues with the Three-Legged Relay Race and the physically demanding Tire Flip, testing participants' coordination and strength across all agencies.

Evening: Wrapping up, teams will face the adventurous Kayak Relay Race and the dynamic Ski Challenge, completing the competition with engaging and competitive spirit across all events.

Day 3: Wrap-Up & Departure

Morning: Teams will review the day's events and share feedback. This session aims to foster camaraderie and discuss highlights with team leaders and officials.

Afternoon: Distribution of commemorative shirts, where 50 shirts are shared between IRB and OMB at a cost of $2,865.00, split evenly at $1,432.50 each.

Evening: Closing remarks and farewell from directors and commissioners, followed by final networking opportunities before official departure.
