5-Day Itinerary for Goa in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Anjuna Beach
    1 hour 5 minutes (20.7 miles) from Dabolim Airport

    Start your morning by exploring the famous Anjuna Flea Market, which offers everything from clothes to handicrafts. Take a dip in the Arabian sea and indulge in some water sports during the afternoon. In the evening, enjoy the breathtaking sunset views and live music performances at the beach shacks.

  2. Day 2: Fort Aguada
    30 minutes (9.2 miles) from Anjuna Beach

    Explore the historical Fort Aguada, which dates back to the 17th century and served as a defense against the Dutch and Marathas. Relax at the nearby Sinquerim Beach in the afternoon, and enjoy seafood delicacies at one of the beachside shacks. In the evening, take a river cruise on Mandovi River and enjoy the Goan cultural performances.

  3. Day 3: Basilica of Bom Jesus

    Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site, the Basilica of Bom Jesus, which holds the remains of St. Francis Xavier. Afternoon is best spent by exploring the surrounding Fontainhas neighborhood, famous for its Portuguese-style colorful houses. In the evening, head to the famous Tito's Lane for a night of partying and dancing.

  4. Day 4: Dudhsagar Waterfalls
    2 hours 15 minutes (46.9 miles) from Basilica of Bom Jesus

    Take a day trip to the stunning Dudhsagar Waterfalls in the middle of the Bhagwan Mahaveer Wildlife Sanctuary. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the waterfall pool and soak in the beautiful natural surroundings. Return to Goa in the evening and end the day with a relaxing massage at one of the Ayurvedic Spas.

  5. Day 5: Palolem Beach
    1 hour 20 minutes (32.1 miles) from Dudhsagar Waterfalls

    End your trip on a relaxing note by visiting the serene Palolem Beach. Enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding or simply bask in the sun. In the evening, take a stroll to the nearby Butterfly Beach, a secluded stretch of beach accessible only by boat. End the day with a seafood dinner at one of the beachside restaurants.
