Adventure Itinerary for Kedarnath and Nainital in June 2023

1. Day 1: Kedarnath
   3 hours 30 minutes (72.6 miles) from Dehradun Airport

   In the morning, start your journey from Dehradun Airport to Kedarnath. Enjoy the scenic drive to reach Sonprayag. From there, visit Kedarnath temple by trekking for around 19 km or by taking a helicopter ride. Afternoon and evening can be spent exploring the lush greenery and snow-capped mountains surrounding the temple.

2. Day 2: Kedarnath to Nainital
   7 hours 15 minutes (183.5 miles) from Kedarnath

   Have an early breakfast and start driving towards Nainital. On the way, stop at Rudraprayag and enjoy the scenic beauty of the river. Once in Nainital, take a cable car ride to the Snow View Point. Enjoy the view of the Himalayas and the Nainital valley. Spend the evening strolling along Mall Road and trying local delicacies.

3. Day 3: Nainital
   20 minutes (1.2 miles) from Snow View Point

   In the morning, visit the Naini Lake and enjoy boating. Next, visit the Tiffin Top viewpoint and take a trek to Land's End. Afternoon can be spent exploring the Naina Devi Temple and the Eco Cave Garden. In the evening, enjoy a bonfire with dinner at a nearby campsite.

4. Day 4: Nainital to Binsar
   3 hours 15 minutes (77.9 miles) from Nainital

   After breakfast, start driving towards Binsar and reach by noon. Visit the Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary and trek to Zero Point for a panoramic view of the Himalayas. Spend the evening exploring the nearby villages and interacting with the locals.

5. Day 5: Binsar
   30 minutes (9.9 miles) from Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary

   Go for a morning trek to the Binsar Zero Point for a breathtaking view of the snow-clad peaks of Nanda Devi, Trishul, and Kedarnath. Afternoon can be spent exploring the Khali Estate and the Binsar Mahadev Temple. In the evening, enjoy a bonfire with dinner at the Binsar Forest Retreat.

6. Day 6: Binsar to Dehradun Airport
   7 hours 10 minutes (181.3 miles) from Binsar

   In the morning, start driving towards Dehradun Airport. On the way, stop at Kainchi Dham Ashram, famous for its Hanuman Temple and a serene environment. Reach the airport by evening to catch your flight back home.

If you want to extend your trip, you can visit Corbett National Park, which is around 3 hours drive from Nainital. You can also go for paragliding and camping in Mukteshwar, which is around 2 hours drive from Nainital. If you want to maximize your fun, plan your trip around the Nanda Devi Mela in June, which is held in Almora, around 2 hours drive from Binsar. Other local attractions worth exploring are Sattal Lake, Bhimtal Lake, and Naukuchiatal Lake.
