Thamel has a mix of local and international restaurants; Fire & Ice is reliable for pizza/Western, OR2K for vegetarian Nepali/Israeli fusion. Both open evenings.
Drive to Sarangkot for sunrise over the Annapurna range and Pokhara valley — spectacular on clear mornings. Start pre-dawn; viewpoint best around sunrise.
Pokhara is one of the world’s top paragliding spots (Sarangkot launch); flights operate early morning through afternoon depending on conditions — book in advance.
Direct tourist buses run to Sauraha (entry to Chitwan National Park area); journey is scenic and takes ~5–6 hours. Leave early to maximize wildlife activity time.
Early-morning safari is best for wildlife sightings (one of the highlights — rhinos, deer, many bird species). Safaris usually run 2–3 hours and are guided.
If you haven't yet, visit Kathmandu Durbar Square (heritage area) or devote time to buying pashminas, prayer flags and souvenirs in Thamel. Durbar Square hours ~9:00–17:00; many shops open 9:00–21:00.
Evening or night bus back across the border to Gurgaon/Delhi — overnight travel expected; you should arrive next day depending on traffic and border times.
