Foodie's 5-Day Goa Itinerary in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Visit the Saturday Night Market

  2. Day 2: Spice Plantation Tour
    1-hour drive (22 miles) from Arpora

  3. Day 3: Visit the Anjuna Flea Market

  5. Day 5: Visit the Latin Quarter of Panjim
    30-minute drive (10 miles) from Siolim

    End your foodie adventure with a trip to the Latin Quarter of Panjim, also known as Fontainhas. Stroll the cobbled streets and admire the colorful Portuguese-style houses. Stop for lunch at Viva Panjim, a restaurant serving up traditional Goan and Portuguese dishes. Don't miss the Bebinca, a dessert made with coconut milk and jaggery.

Recommendations

Consider taking a day trip to the Dudhsagar Waterfalls, located about 2 hours from Panjim. You can also visit the nearby spice farms and sample some local spices. Don't forget to try the local seafood dishes, such as prawn balchao and crab xec xec.
