Leave early to cover highway distance in daylight; a private AC coach is most practical for 15 people with luggage and stops. This gives door-to-door convenience and set rest breaks en route.
Stop at a clean pure-vegetarian highway restaurant or dhaba for a hot breakfast (idli/poha/paratha with tea); for groups ask the coach driver to choose a hygienic Sattvic-style stop. Expect quick service for groups.
Midway lunch at a known pure-veg outlet or pre-arranged packed thali service for the whole group to save time. Packed thalis are good for large groups arriving to the ashram later.
Settle into the reserved ashram accommodations. Confirm group bedding and separate arrangements for teens if needed. Most ashrams offer simple rooms and shared bathrooms.

Many ashrams offer a morning puja or simple yoga; good for teens and adults to prepare for the day and align with temple timings. (Check with your ashram host.)
