Two-Day Itinerary for Harishchandra Gad

  1. Day 1: Trek to Harishchandra Gad
    Starting point: Khubi Phata

    Start your adventure early in the morning by trekking to Harishchandra Gad. The trek is about 15 km long and takes approximately 6-7 hours. The trail is surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful waterfalls. Along the way, you will also find a local village where you can take a break and have some delicious local food. Once you reach the fort, you will be rewarded with a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. Spend the evening exploring the fort and watching the sunset. After sunset, you can set up camp and spend the night under the stars.

  2. Day 2: Saptatirtha Pushkarni and Kedareshwar Cave
    Starting point: Harishchandra Gad
    Duration: Half Day

    Start your day by visiting Saptatirtha Pushkarni, a beautiful lake located near the fort. Legend has it that the lake was created by Lord Vishnu. Take a dip in the lake to cleanse your soul. After visiting the lake, head to Kedareshwar Cave, which is located inside the fort. The cave houses a beautiful Shiva lingam and is a must-visit for all Lord Shiva devotees. Spend some time meditating inside the cave and absorbing its peaceful energy. After visiting the cave, start your trek back to Khubi Phata.
