4-Day Adventure Itinerary for Goa in August 2023

  1. Day 1: Dudhsagar Falls
    1 hour 20 minutes (42.1 miles) from Goa International Airport

    Start your day early to witness the majestic Dudhsagar waterfalls which is located on the Mandovi River. Trek through the Mollem National Park which is the home of many species of animals and plants. The Dudhsagar trek is a moderately difficult trek of about 4 hours, but the view from the waterfall is worth it. After lunch, visit the Mahadev Temple and the Tambdi Surla Temple which are just a short distance away from the waterfall.

  2. Day 2: Grande Island
    1 hour 20 minutes (21.4 miles) from Dudhsagar Falls

    Take a boat trip to Grande Island which is a popular spot for snorkeling, diving, and dolphin watching. Explore the blue waters and witness the fascinating marine life. Afternoon, head to Coco Beach and indulge in some adventure activities like parasailing, jet skiing, and windsurfing. Spend the evening at the Baga Beach, famous for its nightlife and beach shacks.

  3. Day 3: Scuba Diving in Malvan
    2 hours 45 minutes (83.2 miles) from Grande Island

    Start your day early and head to Malvan which is famous for its clear waters and coral reefs. Experience the thrill of scuba diving and explore the underwater world. Afternoon, visit the Terekhol Fort and the Arambol Beach. Spend the evening at the Anjuna Flea Market which is famous for its handicrafts, clothes, and jewelry.

  4. Day 4: Trek to Fort Tiracol
    50 minutes (13.6 miles) from Malvan

    Start your day early and trek to the Fort Tiracol which is located on the northern tip of Goa. The fort is a witness to the history of Goa and offers a breathtaking view of the Arabian Sea. Afternoon, visit the Chapora Fort which is famous for its Bollywood connection and the Vagator Beach which is known for its scenic beauty. Spend the evening at the Anjuna Beach which is famous for its full-moon parties.
