Two Days in Bangalore

  1. Day 1: Lalbagh Botanical Garden

    In the morning, explore the serene beauty of Lalbagh Botanical Garden. Spread across 240 acres, the garden is home to over 1,000 species of plants, including rare and exotic ones. Stroll around the garden, enjoy the fragrance of flowers and take a relaxing break by the lake. In the afternoon, visit the nearby Bangalore Palace. Built-in 1887, the palace is known for its Tudor-style architecture and beautiful gardens. Take a guided tour of the palace to learn about its history and admire its artwork. In the evening, head to M.G. Road for some shopping and dining. The bustling street is lined with shops, restaurants and cafes, making it a perfect place to end your day.

  2. Day 2: Cubbon Park
    10 minutes (3.2 km) from Vidhana Soudha

    Start your day at Cubbon Park, a 300-acre park in the heart of Bangalore. The park is a popular spot for jogging, cycling and picnics. Explore the park's attractions, including the Bangalore Aquarium, Attara Kacheri (High Court of Karnataka), and the State Central Library. In the afternoon, visit the Bangalore Fort, a 16th-century fort that is now in ruins. Although the fort is not well-maintained, it is a great spot for history buffs to explore. In the evening, head to UB City, a luxury shopping and dining destination. Enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants, and take a stroll around the beautiful property.
