Bali 7-Day Itinerary in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary
    1 hour 23 minutes (21.3 miles) from Ngurah Rai International Airport

    Take a walk among the friendly monkeys of Ubud in the morning. Visit the beautiful temples within the forest and indulge in traditional Balinese breakfast. Take a stroll through the Ubud Art Market and try out some local delicacies for lunch. In the evening, have a relaxing spa treatment.

  2. Day 2: Tegalalang Rice Terrace and Mount Batur
    1 hour 6 minutes (19.6 miles) from Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary

    Start your morning with a hike up the active volcano, Mount Batur. Enjoy the stunning views of the sunrise and take a dip in the hot springs. After lunch, head to Tegalalang Rice Terrace in Ubud. Take a leisurely walk and enjoy the breathtaking view of the rice fields, and have an afternoon coffee break at one of the local cafes.

  3. Day 3: Tanah Lot Temple

  4. Day 4: Ubud Palace and Museum

  6. Day 6: Waterbom Bali and Bali Bird Park
    1 hour 3 minutes (9.5 miles) from Uluwatu Temple

    Spend the day having fun with water slides, lazy rivers, and other exciting rides at Waterbom Bali. Have lunch at one of the park's restaurants. Head to Bali Bird Park in the afternoon and explore the exotic bird species in the park. Have some tea at one of the bird park's cafes.

  7. Day 7: Tirta Empul Temple and Bali Safari Park
    48 minutes (10.4 miles) from Bali Bird Park

    Visit the sacred Tirta Empul Temple and take a dip in the holy water. Have some fresh tropical fruit at one of the nearby stalls. Head to Bali Safari Park in the afternoon and explore the park's wildlife. Have dinner at the park's restaurant and watch the African-inspired evening program.

Recommendations

Don't miss out on the beautiful beaches of Bali. Take a day trip to Nusa Penida or Gili Islands for a day of snorkeling or diving. Also, consider taking a Balinese dance class or learn how to make traditional Balinese offerings. Make sure to try out some of the delicious street food and shop for souvenirs at local markets.
