4-Day City Experiences Itinerary for Goa in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Old Goa
    30 minutes (10 miles) from Goa International Airport

    In the morning, visit the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Afterward, head to the Se Cathedral, one of the largest churches in Asia. In the afternoon, explore the Museum of Christian Art, located in the Convent of Santa Monica. Finish the day by strolling around the beautiful gardens of the Monte Hill.

  2. Day 2: Panaji
    20 minutes (7 miles) from Old Goa

    Start the day by visiting the Immaculate Conception Church and Fontainhas, the Latin Quarter of Panaji. In the afternoon, explore the Goa State Museum and the Kala Academy. In the evening, take a stroll along the Mandovi River and enjoy the sunset.

  3. Day 3: Mapusa
    30 minutes (10 miles) from Panaji

    Visit the Friday Market in the morning, located in the heart of Mapusa. It's a great place to shop for local handicrafts and souvenirs. In the afternoon, head to the Anjuna Beach and enjoy some water sports. In the evening, relax at the Vagator Beach and watch the sunset.

  4. Day 4: Margao
    45 minutes (15 miles) from Mapusa

    Explore the Margao Market in the morning, which is known for its fresh produce and traditional Goan sweets. Afterward, visit the Rachol Seminary, one of the oldest seminaries in Asia. In the afternoon, head to the Colva Beach and enjoy some beach activities. In the evening, visit the Our Lady of Grace Church and Sao Jose de Areal Village.
