7-Day Itinerary for Char Dham + Rishikesh + Badrinath + Devprayag + Manali + Leh (June 2023)

  1. Day 1: Rishikesh
    40 minutes (16 miles) from Jolly Grant Airport

    Start your day with a visit to the Trimbakeshwar Temple, one of the oldest temples in Rishikesh. Then, head to the Beatles Ashram to learn more about the Beatles' visit to Rishikesh in 1968. Wrap up your day with a beautiful Ganga Aarti ceremony at Triveni Ghat.

  2. Day 2: Badrinath
    9 hours (180 miles) from Rishikesh

    Start your day early and drive to Badrinath, which is situated at an altitude of 10,170 feet. Visit the Badrinath Temple, one of the four Char Dhams, and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Take a dip in the hot water springs of Tapt Kund and Surya Kund to rejuvenate yourself.

  3. Day 3: Devprayag

Visit the Shanti Stupa, a beautiful white-domed structure that offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Explore the Leh Palace and the Namgyal Tsemo Monastery for a glimpse of the rich culture and history of the region.

  6. Day 6: Nubra Valley

  7. Day 7: Pangong Lake
    6 hours (150 miles) from Nubra Valley
