Munnar Day Trip from Kochi

Day 1: Munnar Adventure

Morning: Depart Kochi at 4 am and enjoy a scenic drive through the Western Ghats, reaching Munnar by around 8 am. After a quick refresh, head straight to Eravikulam National Park to spot the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and soak in panoramic mountain views.

Afternoon: Visit a sprawling Tea Plantation and the nearby Tea Museum to learn about tea processing and enjoy a fresh cup of local brew. Afterwards, stop at Mattupetty Dam for a leisurely boat ride and spectacular views of the surrounding hills.

Evening: Unwind at Kundala Lake, where you can paddle a pedal boat or simply relax by the waterside. Begin the drive back to Kochi around 9 pm, arriving safely by midnight.
