6:30 AM:

Wake gently and do a quick luggage check — confirm passport, flight details, chargers and any warranties/receipts from shopping; place fragile items in carry-on.

7:00 AM:

Light hotel breakfast (order to-go if you prefer) — keep it simple: fruit, eggs and Thai coffee; reconfirm airport transfer or Grab pick-up time with the hotel concierge.

7:30 AM:

Finish packing and weigh your bags if possible; tuck away souvenirs, remove any liquid items into clear bags and double-check you have copies of vouchers and your boarding pass.

8:00 AM:

Check out of the hotel (or settle partial-bill if you have late check-out) and leave luggage at the hotel bell desk if you plan a very short last stop; grab a printed receipt for airport transfer.

8:20 AM:

Quick last-minute shopping run: head to the nearest mall (CentralWorld, Siam Paragon or MBK depending on hotel) to pick up any missed souvenirs, snacks or duty-free items.

8:45 AM:

Pop into a specific store for essentials — Electronics at Power Buy (CentralWorld) or cosmetics at Sephora / Kiehl’s (Siam Paragon) — and request tax-refund paperwork if needed.

9:15 AM:

Coffee and a light snack at After You Dessert Café or a café in the mall — sit down for five to ten minutes to relax and review travel documents and boarding time.

9:35 AM:

Return to the hotel to collect stored luggage; confirm your airport transfer has arrived or that your Grab is en route and that you have allowed extra time for traffic.

10:00 AM:

Depart hotel for the airport — for Suvarnabhumi allow at least 1-1.5 hours travel from central Bangkok (longer at peak times); for Don Mueang check current traffic and add buffer.

11:00 AM:

Arrive at the airport, check in and complete security and immigration formalities; if you have time, use airport shops to pick any last-minute Thai snacks (mango chips, curry paste) or souvenirs.

11:30 AM:

Relax in the departure lounge — charge devices, download any offline travel notes and enjoy a final Thai iced tea or snack while you wait for boarding announcements.

12:00 PM:

Final boarding preparations: move to your gate, do a last restroom and passport check, and have boarding pass and ID ready for when the gate opens.
