Three Day Shoestring Budget Itinerary for Goa in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Explore the Old Goa
    20 minutes (7.5 miles) from Dabolim Airport

    In the morning, visit the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage site which houses the remains of St. Francis Xavier. Afterwards, head to Se Cathedral, one of the biggest churches in Asia. In the afternoon, explore the Museum of Christian Art and the Archaeological Museum of Goa. End the day by taking a peaceful stroll through the picturesque Fontainhas, an old Latin Quarter of Goa with narrow streets, quaint houses and colourful buildings.

  2. Day 2: Beach hopping in North Goa
    1 hour 10 minutes (23.4 miles) from Old Goa

    Start the day early by visiting the serene Mandrem beach, which is known for its calm waters and golden sands. After breakfast, head to the lively Anjuna beach and explore the famous flea market. Take a dip in the sea or try some water sports. In the evening, watch a beautiful sunset at the Vagator beach and enjoy the nightlife at the nearby shacks and clubs.

  3. Day 3: South Goa Sightseeing
    1 hour 20 minutes (26.3 miles) from North Goa Beaches

    Start the day by visiting the majestic Dudhsagar waterfalls, which is about an hour's drive from Panaji. Enjoy the view of the milky white water cascading down from a height of 310 meters. After lunch, head to the Cabo de Rama fort, situated on a cliff overlooking the Arabian Sea. End the day by taking a leisurely stroll on the Colva beach and watching the sunset.
