6:30 AM:

Drive to Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary jeep track meeting point — meet your naturalist and driver for a guided jeep/mini-truck safari into the sanctuary; carry binoculars, sunscreen and insect repellent.

7:00 AM:

Guided jeep safari through Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary — 1.5-2 hour ride focusing on early-morning wildlife: chances to spot black-faced langurs, gaurs, deer, and if lucky, sambhar and sloth bears from a safe distance.
