Nature Lover's Itinerary: Madurai to Dhanushkodi to Kodaikanal to Munnar

  1. Day 1: Dhanushkodi
    4 hours 30 minutes (174 km) from Madurai

    For a beautiful sunrise and a calm morning walk, head to Dhanushkodi Beach. Visit the submerged remains of the town, Church and Railway Station from the 1964 cyclone. Take a ferry to Pamban Island and explore the Pamban Bridge, one of the longest and most scenic railway bridges in India. Relax on the beach before heading back to Madurai.

  2. Day 2: Kodaikanal
    4 hours 30 minutes (161 km) from Madurai

    Start your day with a visit to the Kodaikanal Lake for a calm morning walk and boat ride. Head to the Coaker's Walk viewpoint to see the valleys below.
