It’s recommended to hire a private driver for your Bali trip. An average daily rate for a car with a driver is IDR 500,000. Bali traffic can get pretty busy, so it’s always best to leave early to avoid getting caught in traffic. For longer trips to places like Nusa Penida, it’s best to hire a speedboat for the day, which costs approximately IDR 500,000 – IDR 700,000.
If you have more time, consider adding a day trip to the Gili Islands, or spending an extra day in Ubud to explore further. Alternatively, if you have less time, consider removing the Ubud day trip or the Uluwatu day trip.
