Morning:

After arrival and luggage drop, gather for a welcome briefing at Hotel Lobby / Conference Room where the Tour Manager will run orientation, distribute room assignments and safety guidelines, and hand out bottled water and wristbands. Following orientation, take a short guided walk to Dumna Nature Reserve for a relaxed introduction to local flora and fauna-students can complete a quick field worksheet and bird-spotting activity to set the tone for the educational focus of the trip.

Afternoon:

After a relaxed morning, head to Bhedaghat Marble Rocks & Dhuandhar Falls for a guided boat ride through the limestone gorge where students can complete a geology sketch-sheet and observe riverine erosion up close. Follow with a visit to Chausath Yogini Temple perched above the Narmada for a short history talk and panoramic photos, then return to the hotel to prepare costumes and rehearse for the evening Dance Party (props and music provided by the Tour Manager).

Evening:

Wind down the day with an interactive cultural walk to Madan Mahal Fort for a short talk on local history and an easy terrace-based storytelling session where students sketch fort architecture and note defensive features for their worksheet. Return to the hotel for a themed Dance Party on the Terrace / Banquet Hall featuring a student talent showcase, group folk-dance workshop led by the Tour Manager, and a calm stargazing cooldown on the lawn to reflect on learning highlights before lights-out.

Day 2 · Mon, Nov 23
Kanha National Park

Kanha National Park Safari & Educational Activities

Morning:

Rise early for briefing and gear-check at the Kanha National Park Reception, then board open-jeep convoys for a guided morning safari through the Mukki Gate zone where students practice wildlife tracking and behavior observation for their field worksheets. After spotting deer, langurs and possibly sambar, pause at the shady Bamhra Lake edge for a short ecology talk on wetland habitats and a hands-on camera-trap demonstration led by the park naturalist.

Afternoon:

After the morning safari, gather at the Kanha Interpretation Centre for an interactive ranger-led workshop on tiger ecology and anti-poaching methods, where students examine cast tracks, scat samples and camera-trap footage. Later, take a guided nature walk along the Meena Bheel Trail to study dry-deciduous tree species and medicinal plants, complete a short field-identification quiz, and finish with a riverside picnic by Khatia Lake to discuss observations and prepare notes for the evening debrief.

Evening:

As dusk settles, assemble at Khatia Jetty for a guided boat-and-bank survey of the floodplain where students practice nocturnal wildlife listening exercises and record amphibian calls for their field notebooks. Return to The Bandhavgarh Meadow Campfire Area for a ranger-led debrief on the day's sightings, a short session on night-time predator behavior illustrated with camera-trap footage, and a reflective group activity mapping how today's observations connect to conservation topics introduced earlier.

Day 3 · Tue, Nov 24
Jabalpur

Local Sightseeing in Jabalpur & Departure

Morning:

Start the morning with a visit to Rani Durgavati Museum, where students examine regional artifacts and historical exhibits tied to local culture, then take a short guided walk to the nearby Narmada Ghat (Gwarighat) to observe morning rituals and complete a social-studies worksheet on river-linked livelihoods. Finish with a hands-on geology stop at Bargi Dam viewpoint, where the group discusses watershed management and compares river features with earlier observations from Bhedaghat Marble Rocks & Dhuandhar Falls, reinforcing the trip's learning arc before returning to the hotel to pack and check out.

Afternoon:

After checking out, visit Madla Wildlife Sanctuary's interpretation area for a short guided session comparing sanctuary habitat restoration with lessons from Kanha, then take a supervised bamboo-raft ride along the calm stretch of the Narmada River near Gwarighat Extension where students record riverbank species and practice water-quality testing using simple kits. Finish with a stop at Tilwara Ghat to explore traditional boat-building techniques and conduct a brief oral-history activity with a local craftsman, tying cultural livelihoods to the ecological themes studied earlier.

Evening:

Conclude the tour with a relaxed cultural-evening at Ravindra Natya Grah where students present short skits or photo-story recaps of their learnings, followed by a brief feedback circle led by the Tour Manager to consolidate educational takeaways.
