Kerala Family-Friendly 7-Day Itinerary in October 2023

  1. Day 1: Kochi
    30 minutes (22 km) from Cochin International Airport

    Visit the Fort Kochi area in the morning to see the Chinese Fishing Nets, St. Francis Church, and Santa Cruz Basilica. In the afternoon, explore the Mattancherry Palace, also known as the Dutch Palace, and the Paradesi Synagogue. In the evening, attend a Kathakali dance performance.

  2. Day 2: Munnar
    4 hours (130 km) from Kochi

    Start your day with a visit to the Tata Tea Museum and learn about the history of tea production in Munnar. In the afternoon, visit the Mattupetty Dam and enjoy a boat ride on the beautiful Mattupetty Lake. In the evening, take a stroll through the Munnar Market and pick up some local handicrafts.

  3. Day 3: Thekkady
    3.5 hours (90 km) from Munnar

  5. Day 5: Kovalam
