Morning: Start your day with a stroll along the New Digha Beach, which is less crowded than the old one. Take a dip in the sea or go for a banana ride, but don't forget to bargain. There are many food shacks on the beach where you can try local delicacies like fish fry, chicken cutlet, and jhal muri.
Afternoon: Visit the Amarabati Park, located near the beach. It has a beautiful lake, a children's park, and a garden. You can also take a boat ride on the lake for a nominal fee. Have your lunch at the park's canteen or at the nearby restaurants.
Evening: Explore the Mohana, a small fisherman village, situated at the end of the New Digha Beach. Here, you can see the fishermen returning with their day's catch and also buy some fresh fish at reasonable prices.

Evening: End your day with a visit to the Marine Aquarium and Research Centre, located near the Science Centre. It has many marine species like sharks, turtles, and dolphins. The entry fee is also very nominal.
If you have an extra day, you can visit the old Digha beach, which is more commercialized than the New Digha Beach. You can also visit the Shankarpur Beach, which is less crowded and more peaceful than the other beaches.
You can also try the local cuisine at the nearby restaurants like Dolphin and Cozy Nook. If you're interested in shopping, you can visit the Nehru Market, which has many shops selling handicrafts and souvenirs.
To maximize your fun, you can rent a bike or a scooter from the railway station and explore the nearby places on your own. You can also take a side trip to Mandarmani, which is a 25 km drive from Digha.
