Spend the afternoon relaxing by the river and exploring the island's many trails.

  3. Day 3: Ponmudi Hill Station
    5 hours (169 miles) from Kuruva Island

    On your final day, take a scenic drive to Ponmudi Hill Station. Here you can explore the stunning tea plantations and take a hike through the surrounding hills. Be sure to visit the Golden Valley viewpoint, which offers a panoramic view of the valley below. In the afternoon, visit the Peppara Wildlife Sanctuary, home to a variety of rare animals including the Nilgiri Tahr and the Indian bison.
