Kerala: A 6-Day Itinerary for August 2023

  1. Day 1: Kochi

Recommendations

If you have some extra time, consider taking a day trip to the Athirappilly Waterfalls, which are about two hours from Kochi. You can also take a trip to the Bekal Fort, a stunning 17th-century fort located about six hours from Kochi. To make the most of your trip, try to travel during the monsoon season (June to August), which is the best time to experience the lush green beauty of Kerala.
