If you’d like to extend the trip, add a full day to explore the nearby Plant Riverside District and take a riverboat cruise. To shorten the itinerary, skip the evening ghost tour on Day 2 and replace it with a relaxed dinner on River Street; the core historic district and Tybee Island experiences fit comfortably into four full days.

Plan Your March, 2027 we would like to fly out of CAK on a Thursday to Savannah GA and return on a Tuesday, cheap airfare, maybe Breeze. We would like to stay downtown Savannah near lots of hotspots, we are good walkers and would rather not rent a car. We need names for good restaurants, reasonable hotel and a day trip to Tybee Island for a nice lunch would work as well. Trip
