4-Day Adventure Itinerary for Old Manali and Kasol

  1. Day 1: Trek to Malana Village
    1 hour 30 minutes (21.9 km) from Old Manali

    For the first day, start early in the morning and take a taxi to the trekking point. The Malana trek is a must for adventure enthusiasts. The view from the top is breathtaking. You can have breakfast at the top while enjoying the view. After this, you can trek down to visit the Malana village and get to know about their unique culture. In the evening, you can head back to Old Manali to relax and have dinner.

  2. Day 2: Parvati River Rafting
    30 minutes (14 km) from Old Manali

    Start your day by heading towards the Parvati River and experience the thrill of white-water rafting. It’s a 2-hour activity that will give you a rush of adrenaline. After lunch, you can explore the nearby cafes and enjoy the local food. In the evening, head towards Kasol and check-in to your hotel to relax.

  3. Day 3: Kheerganga Trek
    1 hour 30 minutes (22.3 km) from Kasol

    Start early in the morning and take a taxi to the trekking point. The Kheerganga trek is a 12km trek that takes around 5-6 hours to complete. You can stop at various points on the way to take a break and enjoy the view. Once you reach the top, take a dip in the hot water springs and relax. Head back to Kasol by the evening to explore the local markets and have dinner.

  4. Day 4: Tosh Village
    45 minutes (16.9 km) from Kasol

    On the last day, you can visit Tosh village which is located in the Parvati valley. You can take a taxi or a local bus to reach the village. The village is known for its scenic beauty and the Tosh river. You can take a dip in the river and enjoy the view. There are also various cafes in the village where you can have lunch. In the evening, head back to Kasol to catch a bus to Bhuntar Airport.

If you have some extra time, you can also visit the Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara, which is a popular religious site. You can also try paragliding in Solang valley or take a dip in the Vashisht hot water springs. If you want to visit more places, you can also take a side trip to Tirthan Valley or Naggar Castle.
