  3. Day 3: Valley of Flowers
    3 hours (3.5 km) trek from Ghangaria to the Valley of Flowers

    Wake up early in the morning and start your trek to the Valley of Flowers. The trek is a moderate one and takes around 3 hours to reach the valley. The valley is a sight to behold with its colorful flowers, lush green meadows, and snow-capped mountains in the backdrop. Spend some time in the valley, take pictures and soak in the beauty of nature. Start trekking back to Ghangaria by afternoon. In the evening, celebrate your trekking accomplishment with a local feast.

If you have some extra time, you can visit Hemkund Sahib, which is a popular Sikh pilgrimage site. You can also take a dip in the hot water springs of Joshimath. If you want to extend your trip, you can visit Auli, which is a famous ski destination. To maximize your fun, pack light, carry enough water and energy bars, and wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
