2-Day Bangalore Itinerary for June 2023

  1. Day 1: Lalbagh Botanical Garden
    20 minutes (4.5 km) from Bangalore City Railway Station

    In the morning, explore Lalbagh Botanical Garden, a 240-acre park known for its rare tropical plants and trees. The garden has a glasshouse modelled after London's Crystal Palace. In the afternoon, visit Bangalore Palace, a Tudor-style palace built in 1878. The palace has beautiful architecture, woodcarvings, and paintings. End the day at Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace, a historic monument built in 1791. The palace has beautiful teak pillars, frescoes, and a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden.

  2. Day 2: Cubbon Park
    15 minutes (3 km) from Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace

    Start your day by visiting Cubbon Park, a 300-acre park in the middle of the city. The park has a beautiful rose garden, an aquarium, and a toy train. In the afternoon, head to the Bangalore Fort, a 16th-century fort that was rebuilt by Haider Ali in the 18th century. The fort has two ancient temples, an arsenal, and a prison. End the day at the Ulsoor Lake, a beautiful lake surrounded by greenery. You can go boating or watch the sunset by the lake.
