3-Day Itinerary for Goa in August 2023

  1. Day 1: Fort Aguada
    30 minutes (10 miles) from Dabolim Airport

    In the morning, visit Fort Aguada, a well-preserved 17th-century Portuguese fort. Explore the fort and enjoy views of the sea from the fort walls. In the afternoon, head to Candolim Beach, a popular beach with plenty of water sports activities.   2. Day 2: Dudhsagar Falls
    2 hours 30 minutes (48 miles) from Candolim Beach

    In the morning, take a drive to Dudhsagar Falls, one of the highest waterfalls in India. Enjoy trekking and swimming in the natural pool. In the afternoon, visit the spice plantation in Ponda to learn about the spices and herbs used in Goan cuisine. In the evening, head to Baga Beach, a lively beach with plenty of restaurants and bars.

  3. Day 3: Anjuna Flea Market
    30 minutes (8 miles) from Baga Beach

    In the morning, visit the Anjuna Flea Market, an iconic market known for its hippie culture and unique handmade crafts. Shop for souvenirs and enjoy some live music performances. In the afternoon, visit the Chapora Fort for some scenic views of the sea and the surrounding areas. In the evening, head to Vagator Beach to enjoy the sunset and some seafood at the beachside restaurants.
