  1. Day 1: Visit to the Family Beaches of North Goa
1 hour (22.2 km) from Dabolim Airport

Start your day with a visit to the popular beaches of North Goa, such as Baga, Calangute, and Anjuna. These beaches are perfect for families with children as they offer a range of water sports, shacks serving delicious food, and plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained. Spend the morning building sandcastles, playing volleyball, or taking a dip in the sea. In the afternoon, you can try your hand at jet skiing, parasailing, or banana boat rides. As the evening approaches, enjoy the stunning sunset with a refreshing drink in hand at one of the beach shacks.

  2. Day 2: Explore the Historical Sites of Old Goa
30 minutes (21.8 km) from North Goa beaches

Take a trip back in time and explore the historical sites of Old Goa, which was once a thriving Portuguese city. Visit the beautiful Basilica of Bom Jesus, which houses the remains of St. Francis Xavier, and the Se Cathedral, which is one of the largest churches in Asia. In the afternoon, head to the Museum of Christian Art, which showcases a collection of paintings, sculptures, and other artifacts from the Portuguese era. End your day with a sunset river cruise on the Mandovi River, where you can enjoy Goan folk dances and music.

  3. Day 3: Enjoy Nature and Adventure at Dudhsagar Falls and Spice Plantations
1 hour 30 minutes (60 km) from Old Goa

Take a day trip to Dudhsagar Falls, one of the highest waterfalls in India, located on the border of Goa and Karnataka. Enjoy the scenic drive through the lush green forests and spice plantations to reach the waterfall. Take a dip in the refreshing pool at the base of the falls and enjoy a picnic lunch. On your way back, visit one of the spice plantations, where you can learn about the different spices grown in Goa, enjoy a traditional Goan meal, and take a guided tour of the plantation.

Recommendations

If you have some extra time, you can consider visiting the Aguada Fort, which was built by the Portuguese to defend against the Dutch and the Marathas. You can also take a day trip to the beautiful beaches of South Goa, such as Colva and Palolem, which are less crowded than the North Goa beaches. For a unique experience, you can try your hand at fishing with the locals or take a heritage walk through the Fontainhas neighborhood in Panaji, which is lined with colorful Portuguese-style houses. To maximize your fun, make sure to try the delicious seafood and some of the local drinks, such as feni and King's beer.
