Nashik and Daman 3-Day Itinerary in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Explore Nashik
    20 minutes (8.7 km) from Nashik Airport

    In the morning, visit the iconic Trimbakeshwar Temple, one of the twelve jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. The temple's unique architecture and religious significance make it a must-visit spot in Nashik. For lunch, head to Sadhana Restaurant, known for its authentic Maharashtrian cuisine. In the afternoon, explore the Pandavleni Caves, a group of 24 Buddhist caves carved out of a mountain. Finally, in the evening, visit the Sula Vineyards for wine tasting and a picturesque sunset.

  2. Day 2: Relax in Daman
    2 hours 40 minutes (170 km) from Nashik

    In the morning, head to Daman and visit the Jampore Beach, known for its scenic beauty and serenity. Enjoy water sports like jet skiing and parasailing. For lunch, head to the beachside restaurant Oceanic, which offers a variety of seafood. In the afternoon, explore the historic forts of Nani Daman and Moti Daman. Finally, in the evening, relax at Devka Beach and enjoy the beautiful sunset.

  3. Day 3: Explore More of Daman
    15 minutes (5 km) from Hotel Blue Lagoon, Daman

    In the morning, visit the Basilica of Bom Jesus, an ancient church built in the 16th century. Its unique architecture and religious significance make it a must-visit spot in Daman. For lunch, head to the popular restaurant Vapi's Alley, known for its lip-smacking continental cuisine. In the afternoon, visit the Mirasol Lake Garden, a beautiful garden with a charming lake. Recommendations

If you have time, explore the Saptashrungi Temple in Nashik, which is located on a hill and offers stunning views of the surrounding area. Also, consider taking a side trip to the hill station of Saputara, which is a four-hour drive from Nashik and offers beautiful natural scenery. To maximize your fun, try out the water sports at the Devka Beach in Daman. You can also take a sunset boat ride at the Daman Ganga River.
