3-Day Mahabaleshwar Itinerary for June 2023

  1. Day 1: Mapro Garden
    15 minutes (4.1 km) from Mahabaleshwar Bus Station

    In the morning, enjoy a stroll in the beautiful Mapro Garden that is filled with strawberries, raspberries, mulberries and other fruit trees. You can enjoy fresh juices, shakes and ice-creams made from fresh fruits at the garden's restaurant. After lunch, head to the nearby Elephant's Head Point that offers breathtaking views of the Sahyadri mountain range. In the evening, visit the beautiful Venna Lake, where you can enjoy boating, horse riding and other activities.

  2. Day 2: Pratapgad Fort
    1 hour 8 minutes (25.6 km) from Mahabaleshwar Bus Station

    Start your day by visiting the historic temple of Lord Mahabaleshwar, which is believed to be one of the 12 jyotirlingas in India. After that, drive to the Pratapgad Fort, which is famous for the Battle of Pratapgad between Shivaji Maharaj and Afzal Khan. The fort offers panoramic views of the surroundings and has a popular statue of Shivaji Maharaj. In the evening, head to the Lingmala Waterfalls, which is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Mahabaleshwar. It offers a breathtaking view of the Dhobi Waterfall and the surrounding greenery.

  3. Day 3: Panchgani
    30 minutes (18.6 km) from Mahabaleshwar Bus Station

    On the last day, drive to Panchgani, which is a beautiful hill station known for its scenic beauty and strawberry farms. Start your day by visiting Table Land, which is a volcanic plateau that offers stunning views of the valley below. After that, visit the Parsi Point, which is a popular viewpoint known for its views of the Dhom Dam and the Krishna Valley. In the evening, visit the Sydney Point, which offers panoramic views of the surrounding hills and valleys.
