4-Day Adventure Itinerary in Kasol for June 2023

  1. Day 1: Kheerganga Trek
    30 minutes (11.4 km) from Kasol

    In the morning, start your trek to Kheerganga through the Parvati Valley. You'll pass through lush green forests, waterfalls, and natural hot springs. Stop for lunch in one of the small cafes along the way. Continue your trek and reach the Kheerganga top in the late afternoon. Enjoy the scenic views of the valley. Spend the evening at the campsite, stargazing and meeting fellow trekkers.

  2. Day 2: Tosh Village
    45 minutes (19.6 km) from Kheerganga Top

    In the morning, descend from Kheerganga Top and reach Barshaini. From there, take a shared taxi to Tosh Village. Visit the Tosh Temple and enjoy the views of the quaint village. After lunch, start your trek to the Tosh Glacier. The trek offers views of the waterfall and the surrounding mountains. Spend the evening in a cozy cafe in Tosh Village.

  3. Day 3: Malana Village
    1 hour 15 minutes (41.8 km) from Tosh Village

    Take a taxi from Tosh Village to Malana Village. The village is known for its unique culture and the Malana Cream, a highly potent strain of cannabis. Explore the village and learn about their customs and traditions. After lunch, trek to the Chandrakhani Pass for panoramic views of the valley. Spend the evening in a cafe in Malana Village.

  4. Day 4: Rafting in Beas River
    2 hours 15 minutes (75.6 km) from Malana Village

    On the last day, go for a thrilling rafting experience in the Beas River. The river offers rapids ranging from grade II to grade IV. After rafting, visit the Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara, a famous Sikh pilgrimage site. It is known for its hot springs and langar (free community kitchen). Have lunch at the langar and head back to Kasol to conclude your trip.

If you have an extra day, you can visit the nearby town of Manali. It offers scenic views of the Himalayas, adventure activities, and a lively nightlife.
