Two-Day Goa Itinerary in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Explore the Beaches of North Goa

    Morning: Start your day at Baga Beach, which is known for its water sports and beach shacks. You can try parasailing, jet skiing, or simply relax on the beach.     Evening: End your day at Anjuna Beach, which is famous for its Wednesday Flea Market and trance parties. You can shop for souvenirs, enjoy some street food, or simply relax on the beach.

  2. Day 2: Explore the Churches and Old Goa

    Morning: Start your day at the Basilica of Bom Jesus, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and houses the mortal remains of St. Francis Xavier. Afterward, visit the Se Cathedral, which is one of the largest churches in Asia.

    Afternoon: For lunch, head to Pousada By The Beach in Calangute, which serves Goan, Indian, and seafood dishes. Afterward, visit the Museum of Christian Art, which is located inside the Convent of Santa Monica and has a unique collection of paintings, sculptures, and gold and silver items used for church services.

    Evening: End your day at Fontainhas, which is the Latin Quarter of Panaji. You can take a walking tour of the colorful Portuguese-style houses, visit the Chapel of Our Lady of the Mount, and enjoy some street food.

Other local attractions that you can consider visiting are the Chapora Fort, Dudhsagar Falls, and the Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary. If you have more time, you can also take a side trip to Gokarna, which is a small town in Karnataka known for its beaches and temples.
