3-day Relaxation Itinerary for Goa in February 2024

  1. Day 1: Palolem Beach
    60 minutes (34.4 km) from Goa International Airport

    Palolem Beach is one of the most scenic beaches in Goa. Start your morning with a leisurely walk along the beach, take a swim or go on a boat ride to the Butterfly Island. Have lunch at one of the beach shacks and enjoy fresh seafood. In the afternoon, visit the nearby Colomb Beach which is quieter and less crowded. Watch the sunset at Palolem Beach and end your day with dinner at one of the many restaurants that line the beach.

  2. Day 2: Aguada Fort
    75 minutes (20.4 km) from Palolem Beach

    Start your morning with a visit to the Aguada Fort, a 17th-century Portuguese fort that offers stunning views of the Arabian Sea. Take a guided tour and learn about the history of the fort. Have lunch at a nearby restaurant and then head to Sinquerim Beach for some relaxation. In the evening, visit the nearby Calangute Beach which is known for its nightlife and enjoy some drinks and dinner at a beachside restaurant.

  3. Day 3: Dudhsagar Falls
    90 minutes (60.7 km) from Aguada Fort

    Start your morning early with a visit to the Dudhsagar Falls, one of the tallest waterfalls in India. Take a guided tour and enjoy the scenic beauty of the falls and the surrounding forest. Have lunch at a nearby restaurant and then head to the nearby spice plantations for a guided tour and learn about the different spices grown in Goa. End your day with a relaxing Ayurvedic massage at one of the many spas in the area.

If you have extra time, you may consider visiting the Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary, Chapora Fort and Vagator Beach. For side trips, you may visit the neighbouring state of Maharashtra and explore the Elephanta Caves or take a trip to the beautiful Gokarna Beach in Karnataka. To maximize your fun, try attending a traditional Goan dance performance or a yoga session on the beach. Lastly, make sure to try out the local cuisine and visit the night markets for some souvenir shopping.
