Recommendations

If you have extra time in Bangkok, consider visiting the Jim Thompson House or the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. In Chiang Mai, a side trip to the Elephant Nature Park is a must for animal lovers. For an adrenaline rush, try ziplining or white water rafting in Phuket. To save money, consider taking overnight buses or trains between cities instead of flying.
