Dates are flexible. This day-by-day plan is provisional until you choose exact travel dates.
Start at Damlataş Cave, beside Cleopatra Beach. The visit is compact—about 30 minutes—and the cool, humid air inside is a welcome contrast to the bright seafront. Then walk a few minutes to the Alanya Archaeological Museum; allow about an hour for its regional finds and check the day’s opening hours before setting out, as museum schedules can vary. Budget roughly €2–5 for the cave and €3–8 for the museum, but confirm current ticket prices locally.
From the museum, walk to the lower station of Alanya Teleferik and ride up toward Alanya Castle. The cable-car ride itself is short, but leave 2–3 hours for the viewpoints and the castle’s winding historic lanes; wear shoes with good grip, bring water, and check operating hours and wind-related service updates on the day. After coming back down, head to Ravza Restaurant in central Alanya for a relaxed hour of Turkish home-style dishes—around €10–20 per person is a useful estimate.
Walk toward the harbor for Red Tower (Kızıl Kule), allowing about 45 minutes for the landmark and its small museum; entry hours and fees can change, so check at the entrance. Finish with the Alanya Shipyard (Tersane), a roughly 45-minute waterfront stroll among the old Seljuk stonework. The harbor promenade is an easy place to linger afterward, especially as the light softens over the water.
