Recommendations

Matheran is a small hill station that can be covered in 2 days. But, if you have more time, you can visit other attractions like Louisa Point, One Tree Hill Point, and Shivaji's Ladder. You can also go on a side trip to Bhimashankar Wildlife Sanctuary, which is about 70 kilometers from Matheran. To maximize your fun, you can rent a bicycle instead of a motorcycle and enjoy a leisurely ride through the town. Don't forget to try the local cuisine, especially the vada pav and bhurji pav, and shop for leather goods, chikki, and honey from the local markets.
