Recommendations

If you have extra time, you can visit the Thirunelli Temple, a famous pilgrimage center, or the Kuruvadweep Island, which is known for its scenic beauty. You can also consider a plantation tour, where you can witness the local production of tea, coffee, and spices. To maximize your fun, try the local cuisine at the various food stalls. Finally, don't forget to carry a good pair of walking shoes and a raincoat as it might rain during August in these regions.
