Start your day with a visit to the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This 400-year-old church holds the mortal remains of St. Francis Xavier, a revered Jesuit saint. The church is a fine example of Baroque architecture, with intricate carvings and gilded altars. Spend the morning exploring the church and its museum, which has a fascinating collection of artefacts related to the life of St. Francis Xavier. For lunch, head to nearby Vinayak Family Restaurant for some authentic Goan cuisine. In the afternoon, visit the nearby Museum of Christian Art, which has a unique collection of art and artefacts related to Christianity in India. In the evening, head to Miramar Beach for a beautiful sunset view.

  2. Day 2: Explore the Forts of Goa
1 hour (35.4 km) from Basilica of Bom Jesus

Start your day by visiting the Aguada Fort, a 17th-century fort built by the Portuguese to defend against Dutch and Maratha invasions. The fort has a lighthouse and a small chapel dedicated to St. Lawrence. For lunch, head to Tuscany Gardens for some mouth-watering Italian food. In the afternoon, visit the Chapora Fort, which was featured in the Bollywood movie Dil Chahta Hai. The fort offers stunning views of the Arabian Sea and the surrounding landscape. In the evening, head to Anjuna Beach for some live music and delicious seafood.

  3. Day 3: Visit Dudhsagar Falls
2.5 hours (77 km) from Chapora Fort

Start your day early and head to Dudhsagar Falls, one of the tallest waterfalls in India. It's a four-tiered waterfall that cascades down from a height of 310m. Take a guided tour to the base of the waterfall, where you can swim and enjoy the scenic beauty. For lunch, head to the nearby Spice Plantation, where you can taste some exotic spices and enjoy a traditional Goan meal. In the evening, head back to your hotel for some rest and relaxation.
