A Relaxing 3-Day Itinerary in Goa

  1. Day 1: South Goa Beaches

    In the morning, head to Palolem Beach, known for its clean waters and white sand. Take a dip in the sea, sunbathe on the beach or take a relaxing stroll. In the afternoon, visit Butterfly Beach, a secluded beach accessible only by boat. Take a boat ride and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In the evening, head to Agonda Beach, known for its serene atmosphere and picturesque views.

  2. Day 2: Spice Plantations and Temples
    1 hr 20 mins (45 km) from Day 1's last location

    In the morning, visit the Sahakari Spice Farm, where you can learn about different spices and plants. Take a guided tour, taste local food and enjoy a refreshing drink. In the afternoon, visit the Mangeshi Temple, an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Admire the stunning architecture and learn about the history of the temple. In the evening, head to the Vagator Beach, a serene beach known for its cliff views and golden sands.

  3. Day 3: Panaji City and Casinos
    30 mins (12.6 km) from Day 2's last location

    In the morning, visit the Church of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception, a 16th-century church known for its stunning architecture. Take a stroll through the Fontainhas, an old Latin quarter known for its colourful houses and picturesque streets. In the afternoon, visit one of the casinos that Goa is known for. Try your luck at the tables or simply enjoy the luxurious surroundings. In the evening, head to the Baga Beach, known for its lively atmosphere and buzzing nightlife.

Aside from the itinerary, you may also want to visit the Dudhsagar Waterfalls, a four-tiered waterfall located on the Mandovi River. Another side trip you can take is to visit the Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary, where you can see different species of animals and plants. To maximize your fun, you may want to rent a bike or scooter to explore Goa at your own pace.
