4-Day City Experience Itinerary in Bir for August 2023

  1. Day 1: Bir Billing Paragliding

    In the morning, visit the Deer Park Institute, a center for Indian wisdom traditions and contemporary studies. Attend a lecture or workshop on Buddhism, philosophy, or meditation. After lunch, head to the Tashi Jong Monastery, a beautiful complex with intricate artwork and murals. Attend a prayer session and learn about the history and culture of the Tibetan people.   4. Day 4: Bir Road Market and Dzongsar Khyentse Chokyi Lodro College
    20 minutes (10 km) from Tashi Jong Monastery

Afterward, head to the Dzongsar Khyentse Chokyi Lodro College, a Buddhist institute dedicated to the study and practice of the Buddha's teachings.
