Discovering the Best of Goa, Panaji and Baga in 4 Days

  1. Day 1: Explore the Culture of Panaji
    40 minutes (12 miles) from Goa International Airport

    In the morning, visit the famous Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its Baroque architecture and the preserved mortal remains of St. Francis Xavier.   2. Day 2: Enjoy the Beaches of Baga
    20 minutes (5 miles) from Panaji

    Spend your day enjoying the sandy beaches of Baga. Start with breakfast at Britto's, a famous beachside restaurant. Then, head to Baga Beach, one of the busiest beaches of Goa, where you can indulge in water sports, relax on the sunbeds, or take a dip in the Arabian Sea. In the evening, enjoy the nightlife at the Tito's Lane or try your luck at the Casino Palms.

  3. Day 3: Adventure at Dudhsagar Falls
    1 hour 30 minutes (42 miles) from Baga

    Start early in the morning to reach Dudhsagar Falls, one of the highest waterfalls in India, located on the Mandovi River. Take a scenic train ride through the lush forests to reach the base of the falls, where you can swim in the natural pools or trek to the top of the waterfall. In the evening, return to Baga and enjoy dinner at the famous Souza Lobo restaurant.

  4. Day 4: Explore the Historical Forts
    1 hour (17 miles) from Baga

    In the morning, visit the Aguada Fort, a 17th-century Portuguese fort, known for its stunning views of the Arabian Sea and the Mandovi River. Take a guided tour of the fort and learn about its history. In the afternoon, visit the Chapora Fort, famously known for the Bollywood movie Dil Chahta Hai. Enjoy the sunset views from the fort and end your day with dinner at the Thirsty Bear Sports Bar and Kitchen.
