5-Day Itinerary for Goa in August 2023

  1. Day 1: Aguada Fort
    25 minutes (8.6 km) from Dabolim Airport

    In the morning, head to Aguada Fort to enjoy the panoramic view of the Arabian Sea and Mandovi River. You can also explore the lighthouse and the Portuguese architecture. For lunch, try some traditional Goan cuisine at the nearby restaurants. In the afternoon, visit Candolim Beach for some sunbathing and water sports. In the evening, head to Club Cubana, a popular nightclub that offers great music and drinks.

  2. Day 2: Dudhsagar Falls
    2 hours 30 minutes (76 km) from Aguada Fort

    Start the day early and head to the majestic Dudhsagar Falls, surrounded by lush greenery and stunning landscapes. You can take a dip in the natural pool and enjoy a picnic. For lunch, stop by a local eatery and try some of the famous Goan fish curry and rice. In the evening, visit the Mahadev Temple nearby and witness the evening aarti.

  3. Day 3: Basilica of Bom Jesus

  4. Day 4: Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary

    In the morning, head to the Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary, home to various wildlife species including tigers, leopards, and elephants.
