4-Day Itinerary for Gangtok in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Tashi View Point
    15 minutes (3.5 km) from Gangtok city center

    Get an early start at Tashi View Point, one of the best sunrise views in Gangtok. Enjoy the panoramic vistas of Kanchenjunga and its surrounding peaks as the sun rises. Afterward, head to the nearby Ganesh Tok temple, a small temple dedicated to Lord Ganesha and experience the spiritual atmosphere. In the afternoon, head to the Himalayan Zoological Park.   3. Day 3: Tsomgo Lake

    Get an early start to visit the Tsomgo Lake, a glacial lake located at an altitude of 3,780 meters. Enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the crystal-clear water of the lake. Afterward, head to the nearby Baba Mandir, a revered temple dedicated to Baba Harbhajan Singh. Learn about the history and significance of the temple while soaking in the spiritual atmosphere.   4. Day 4: Nathula Pass
