3-Day Itinerary: Gokarna, Murudeshwar, Honawar in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Gokarna
    1 hour 50 minutes (47.4 miles) from Goa International Airport

    Morning: Start your day with a visit to the Mahabaleshwara Temple, a 4th-century Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Take a dip in the holy water of Koti Tirtha, a man-made pond with 1000 steps leading to it.

  3. Day 3: Honawar
    1 hour (28.5 miles) from Murudeshwar

    Morning: Visit the Idagunji Temple, a popular pilgrimage spot for Hindus. The temple is dedicated to Lord Ganesh, the elephant-headed god.

    Afternoon: Explore the Sharavathi Valley Wildlife Sanctuary, a protected area in the Western Ghats. Discover the rich flora and fauna, including tigers, spotted deer, and birds. Take a jungle safari to maximise your fun.

    Evening: Head to the Apsarakonda Beach, a beach with a freshwater pond and a waterfall. Take a dip in the pond, relax on the beach, and enjoy the beautiful sunset.
