Two-Day Goa Itinerary for Shoestring Budget Travelers in June 2023

  1. Day 1: South Goa Beaches

In the evening, visit Bogmalo Beach, known for its scenic beauty and water sports activities, including jet skiing, parasailing, and banana boat rides.

  2. Day 2: Old Goa and Panaji
    20-min drive (10 km) from the previous hotel

    In the morning, visit Old Goa, a UNESCO World Heritage site, which was once the capital of Portuguese India. Here, you can explore the beautiful churches, including the Basilica of Bom Jesus, Se Cathedral, and Church of St. Francis of Assisi. In the afternoon, head to the vibrant city of Panaji, the capital of Goa. Visit the historic Latin Quarter, Fontainhas, and enjoy the colorful houses and quaint streets. Later visit Miramar Beach, a beautiful and clean beach located near Panaji. In the evening, head to the bustling and vibrant market of Anjuna, where you can shop for souvenirs, clothes, jewelry, and handicrafts.
